A blend of predominately Single Malt Whisky aged between 9 and 12 years and bourbon barrel-aged 21 Year Old Organic Single Grain, finished in Madeira casks.

    Nose:    The nose is packed with citrus fruits, almonds, and vanilla. Upon tasting, The Sassenach delivers flavours of peach, apricot, honey and butterscotch.

    Taste:    The taste is smooth but distinctive with an unmistakable sweet finish of cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Finish:    Medium in length, sweet finish with notes of nutmeg, citrus oils and toffee.

• The Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin

A gin that perfectly captures the fresh, balanced and authentic taste of Scotland’s vibrant wild nature.

    Nose:    Clean, fresh, and vibrant notes of apples, berries, and juniper.

    Taste:    Notes of apples and juniper, gently balanced with the savory undertones of rhubarb and toasted oats.

    Finish:    Crisp, with pine and floral heather accents.

• The Sassenach Fine Scottish Vodka

Truly defines Scotland within the purity of a vodka.

    Nose:    Clean and bright with faint notes of brambles and apples.

    Taste:    The elegant purity from wheat underlies with smooth creamy notes, combining with brambles creating a luxurious enveloping of the palette, whispering of sweet dark berry on entry and exit. Bright apple notes provide brightness, with a subtle zing that excites the palette.

    Finish:    A spectacularly long finish for vodka, leaving a clean portrait of dark berry and apple zing.

• The Sassenach Select El Tequileño Double Wood Reposado Tequila

Limited Edition small batch tequila is a double wood reposado, handcrafted using the finest matured agave from the highlands of Jalisco and mineral-rich water from Volcán de Tequila.

    Nose:    Rich cooked agave, vanilla, light caramel and citrus.

    Taste:    Caramel popcorn, light toasty oak, sweet spices, cooked agave and herbal notes on the palate.

    Finish:    Lingering, with vanilla notes and spice.
