Sullivans Cove 2008 Double Cask DC107 Single Malt Whisky

In 1994, on an island at the far end of the world, a distillery was born from humble beginnings. Located in Hobart, Tasmania, Sullivans Cove is bringing a distinctly Tasmanian twist to a whisky craft, shaped by centuries of practice. Sullivans Cove provides obsessively and slowly handcrafting single cask whisky, with no two batches the same. Each, an opportunity for exploration, genuinely rare whisky which can’t be rushed, and which can never be replicated.

This Double Cask of exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt was matured in a combination of French oak tawny and American oak bourbon casks. One of 969 bottles released. It was distilled in August 2008 and bottled in December 2019.
