Created in collaboration with TimeSpirit—The Macallan Estate’s exclusive culinary venture with legendary pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca—this expression celebrates the natural, tropical flavour spectrum hidden within oak wood.

Crafted under the direction of The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, Inspired by Fresh Coconut showcases the natural lactones and sweet vanillin present in sherry-seasoned American oak casks and premium ex-bourbon barrels. Rather than adding artificial flavourings, the distillery’s maturation expertise extracts natural notes of vibrant fresh coconut, zesty lime, and sweet tropical fruits directly from the wood. Bottled at an elevated strength of 46.3% ABV, non-chillfiltered, and preserving its natural golden colour, this Speyside single malt delivers an extraordinarily rounded, silky palate laden with vanilla cream, mango, lime zest, and sweet oak shavings.
