Loch Lomond 19 Year Old The Open Collection 2026 Royal Birkdale

Part of The Open Course Collection from Loch Lomond, this Limited Edition 19 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was crafted to celebrate The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale, England.
The whisky was distilled in 2006, using whisky exclusively from Loch Lomond’s unique Straight Neck pot stills, matured in American oak and finished in hand-selected Tawny Port casks. It was released in 2026.
Only 3,000 bottles released.

    Nose:    Toasted oak, apple, ginger and vanilla.

    Taste:    Toffee, pineapple, lemon and cinnamon spice, with red berries and dried fruits from the Tawny Port casks.

    Finish:   Long, with warming oak spice, dried fruit sweetness and soft smoke.

The first site of the former Loch Lomond Distillery dates back to 1814, sited at the north end of Loch Lomond near Tarbet (known as Tarbat). The current Loch Lomond Distillery was founded in 1965 by the former owners of the Littlemill Distillery, in Bowling, a few miles up the road towards Glasgow.
Loch Lomond Distillers is currently the trading subsidiary of Loch Lomond Group responsible for the manufacture, bottling and sale of the company’s Scotch whisky brands, including Glen Scotia, Loch Lomond, Littlemill, Clansman and High Commissioner, as well as other spirits.
