Under Yilan's intense heat and high humidity, the wood-to-spirit interaction is drastically accelerated, extracting rich oak vanillin, soft tannins, and creamy ester profiles without overpowering the light, delicate spirit character. Bottled at 40% ABV, it delivers an exceptionally smooth, rounded, and silky mouthfeel overflowing with sweet butterscotch, green apple, tropical fruits, and gentle oak spice.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma / Nose: Fresh, clean, and aromatic. Green apple, ripe mango, and tropical pineapple open the bouquet, followed by soft butterscotch, honeyed malt, and fresh vanilla bean.
• Palate & Flavour: Smooth, silky, and delightfully easy-drinking. Complex layers of sweet caramel, poached pear, and toasted almonds merge seamlessly with subtle cloves, vanilla cream, and delicate oak spices.
