Johnnie Walker 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky

Johnnie Walker 18 Year Old is an intensely rich Blended Scotch Whisky that perfectly balances a trilogy of flavours and textures. It’s made using hand-picked casks that have matured for at least 18 years, each passing season contributing a layer of complex flavour. Expect flavours of some of Scotland’s most prestigious whisky makers: opulent spice notes from Blair Athol in the Highlands, a burst of sweet fruit from Speyside distilleries like Glen Elgin, and the creaminess of Cardhu.

Nose:    Stewed fruit and malty cereal, a sweet character balanced with smokiness.

Taste:    Notes of citrus and fragrant almonds with warm vanilla and a hint of tropical tangerines.

    Finish:    Long, sumptuous finish.

Johnnie Walker is arguably the most popular and recognisable blended Scotch on the market. Its core range includes the standard Red Label and Black Label, introduced in 1909 and named, quite simply, after their packaging. The iconic “striding man” motif was first drawn by Tom Browne the year prior. The premium Blue Label brand was introduced in 1992, and is composed using malt whisky from some of the most sought after distilleries in Diageo's extensive portfolio.
