Jack Daniel's 1915 Gold Medal Series Tennessee Whiskey 1L

Tennessee was well under Prohibition by 1915 and it was becoming increasingly obvious it would eventually spread to the whole country. Despite what looked like a dim future, Lem Motlow (Mr. Jack’s nephew) still believed in the whiskey and the Distillery he had inherited from his uncle. In a whiskey competition held in London that year, Jack Daniel’s once again won top honours. The fifth Gold Medal won by Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is commemorated by this Limited Edition, released in 2002.
Beginning in 1996, the Jack Daniel’s Distillery released its Gold Medal Series of commemorative bottles. Comprised of seven unique designs, each bottle in this series celebrates a different gold medal won by the Distillery.

Note: Product has come from a private collection, minor markings are inevitable and collectors should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
