Skull & Barrel’s Third Edition Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel / Barrel Strength. This is our third barrel selection chosen by the team at Skull & Barrel, bottled in August 2026 at 62.5% ABV. This is an aromatic and surprisingly smooth whiskey, with notes of dark fruit, charred oak staves and lingering sweet brown sugar notes.
Only 247 bottles released.

Each barrel is hand-selected by the Master Distiller for its unique character and flavour profile, representing less than 1% of the whiskey at the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The barrels selected typically come from the upper floors of the barrel house because the barrels experience more of a temperature variation, allowing for more interaction between the whiskey and the barrel wood. This gives the whisky inside a deeper amber colour and more variable flavour, giving each barrel its own flavour profile.

Each bottle of the Jack Daniel's Skull & Barrel Edition 3 is individually numbered and housed in a stunning, custom-crafted case featuring intricate Australian artwork—depicting native wildlife, traditional story trails, and vibrant landscape dot art with custom inner detailing.
