Jack Daniel’s Heritage Toasted Single Barrel 2025 Release Tennessee Whiskey

Part of the Single Barrel Collection from Jack Daniel’s, Heritage Barrel is an annual release, celebrating the early craftsmanship of the distillery. This is the 2025 release. The whiskey was produced using Jack Daniel’s standard Tennessee Whiskey mash bill with sugar maple charcoal mellowing process. While toasting has always been a part of the cooperage processing, the barrels used in the 2025 release were toasted over a heat pod for 24 minutes, doubling the toasting time of their traditional barrel toasting process. The barrel was then given a quick char to fit into the legal requirements of Tennessee whiskey.
Single Barrel Heritage Barrel was matured at least seven years in Jack Daniel’s Lynchburg distillery’s highest elevation barrel houses and bottled at 100 Proof.

Jack Daniel's is a brand of American whiskey that is well-known around the world for its smooth and distinctive flavour. It is produced by the Jack Daniel Distillery, which is located in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
The Jack Daniel Distillery is officially established in 1866, making it the very first registered distillery within the US, with Jack as the Master Distiller. Jasper Newton Daniel, more commonly known as Jack, introduces the world to Old No. 7, his signature charcoal-mellowed Tennessee Whiskey.
Jack Daniel's whiskey is made from a unique blend of corn, rye, and barley, which is mashed and distilled in copper stills. It is then aged in new, charred oak barrels, which give it its signature flavour and colour.
