Hirsch The Bivouac Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Bivouac, pronounced ‘biv∙ou∙ac’, refers to a temporary camp without a tent or cover. It alludes to a way of travel only meant for those who want to truly immerse themselves in nature. Hirsch The Bivouac honours those adventurous spirits who are brave enough to take the road less travelled.
The Bivouac is a ‘high malted barley’ straight bourbon distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky. Each bottle of this small batch bourbon is identified with a batch number on the tax strip.
