Hibiki 30 Year Old Collaboration with Artist Hiroshi Senju

A special Limited Release Hibiki 30 Year Old, crafted in collaboration with renowned artist Hiroshi Senju. Hiroshi Senju, known worldwide for his monumental waterfall paintings, brings on for this collaboration, a new work titled Waterfall on Colours ‘Hibiki’, featuring ten shades of purple inspired by Kokimurasaki, a traditional Japanese colour that symbolises nobility and rarity. The collaboration extends for both 21 Year Old and 30 Year Old releases from Hibiki.
The Hibiki 30 Year Old is presented in a traditional by
ōbu-style case, essentially a folding screen that transforms the bottle into an heirloom display piece. The crystal bottle with waterfall motif, reflects the Japanese ideal of Miyabi, or refined elegance.

    Nose:    Leather, raisin, prune, dried fig.

    Taste:    Deep flavours of brown sugar, dried fig, gingerbread, and apricot jam.

    Finish:   Long, lasting warmth, with notes of cinnamon.
