Glenmorangie Signet 2025 Release Single Malt Whisky

Glenmorangie Signet Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, created by Dr Bill, Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation. The idea for this unprecedented whisky came from Dr. Bill’s favourite Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. It took years to perfect this dram that defies convention.
The Signet creation starts with Glenmorangie’s chocolate malt spirit, made just once a year in our giraffe-high stills, tempered with rare and treasured casks: bourbon for creaminess, sherry for sweetness and spice from virgin charred oak; all balanced by some of the oldest whisky from Glenmorangie reserves. The result is a velvet explosion of flavour.

Nose:    Chocolate raisins and sugared mixed peels, toasted spices, bread and butter pudding and golden syrup.

Taste:    Sweet, syrupy cinnamon and drying malt, chocolate orange, with a hint of lime, lychees and dates.

Finish:    Fresh with bright citrus and a touch of truffle oil.

Crafting Single Malt Whisky since 1843, when farmer William Matheson and his wife Anne followed their dreams and founded the Glenmorangie Distillery. Despite being owned by blenders, MacDonald & Muir, for most of the 20th century, Glenmorangie had an early focus on bottling its single malt. This became the distillery's main output in 1959, and with the unique flavours derived from Scotland's smallest stills, coupled with their pioneering use of wood finishing, Glenmorangie is now one of the world's biggest selling malts. As a result, the distillery portfolio over the years has been extensive, and little has been spared for independent bottlers.
