The 25 Year Old Small Batch Distilled Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Bunnahabhain distillery, a smooth and sweet multi-award winning dram. The whisky was matured for a quarter of a century in the finest oak casks, resulting in a magnificent spirit with hidden depths.

    Nose:    Scents of rich sherry, blossoming into sweet caramel and polished leather.

    Taste:    An initial taste of sweet berries and cream that evolves into a feast of roasted nuts and malt.

    Finish:    Soft and dry with a delicate hint of sweet sugar and spiced oak that lingers long on the tongue.

Pronounced 'Bunn-na-ha-venn', meaning 'mouth of the river' in Scots Gaelic, our distillery is the most remote on Islay, nestled in Bunnahabhain Bay on the shores of the Sound of Islay. Bunnahabhain was built in 1881 by the Greenless Brothers and is still the most northern Distillery on the Isle of Islay.
