Nose:    Salty coconut smoke, medicinal, maritime, minty, discreet bergamot black tea.

Taste:    Sweet, spicy, thick and syrupy, ashes, rum, more exotic fruits like papaya and pineapple come to the fore as time goes by. The Bowmore signature is quite discreet, but it’s there.

Finish:   Short, sweet mint and a little salt.
