Ancient Age Straight Kentucky Bourbon 1989

Ancient Age Bourbon, as a product of Buffalo Trace Distillery, reflects the distillery's commitment to quality, tradition, and the artistry of bourbon craftsmanship. This was bottled in 1989 at what was then known as the George T. Stagg distillery in Frankfort and encapsulates the rich heritage of Kentucky bourbon craftsmanship. The Sazerac company purchased the distillery in 1992, and would later discontinue this brand, replacing it with Buffalo Trace bourbon, after which they also renamed the distillery in 1999.
Released at 80 Proof and distilled from corn, rye and barley malt, it’s smooth and simple, yet robust in its own way.

Note: Product has come from a private collection, minor markings are inevitable and collectors should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
